Pals: is this only for me? Even when sound/music are turned off, sometimes I hear sound when I claim hunting rewards

Vero : Even though I have the sounds off, I'm getting sound when I open my hunting rewards chest. This was happening in the first version and then you fixed it and now in the update it's happening again. I'm not getting sounds in any other spot in the game. Which is what I'm choosing. I don't want to have sound right now.
