Batch notification by bee mission/status

Machete#9865: I think this is something that was mentioned a while back, but with huge colonies, the notifications can get kind of crazy. I think it would make sense to have the options to batch them up like "All of your bees have returned from their missions" or "All of your bees are off cooldown"
