Issue: players can move passes between wallets (their own or others) to take advantage of treasury land only "pass perks". They can also move lands between wallets and send bees on missions and send to next wallet, etc. etc.
Need to consider staking for Passes and Land. Once locked, to unlock there is min 3-7 days thaw; no missions allowed to land during this period. Geniune players will have no issues with this.
