QoL: Claimable Daily/Weekly Missions should be on top of the list

TD#5499: another QoL thing that other games generally do- under the daily / weekly missions, when you complete them, the claimable ones generally jump to the top of the list. a very small detail, to be sure, but i personally notice it.
